Unironically, Thorax. He just might be the friendliest, most pleasant character in the entire show, and the perfect leader for his happy hippie people. He has never carried the idiot ball, and even when all the other races were about to go war in School Daze, surprised and confused when Ember yelled at her out of nowhere and going out of his way to tell Twilight that this mess wasn't her fault. I would love to be his friend.

My favorite non-Mane 6 character is probably Diamond Tiara. Sure, she was a jerk, but now that she's been reformed she has a lot of potential. I just wish Hasbro would give her another episode.
